Clarkston Baptist Church

Sandawe

Along with Elgin Baptist Church, we are involved in the 'Adopt a people' programme started by AIM (Africa Inland Mission). As a church we have promised to pray and help in any way we can the people of the Sandawe area in Tanzania, Africa. Several years ago there were no churches to be found in the Sandawe area, now there are at least six and the churches are growing.

For more information visit the Africa Inland Mission website.

We have also been praying for Dr. Helen Eaton, who is involved in the linguistic groundwork which is necessary for a Bible translation project. We hope to keep you informed of what is going on in this project.
